・アイブロウ施術

・まつ毛パーマ、まつ毛エクステ

・カウンセリング、スケジュール管理

・受付、電話対応、清掃などの店内業務全般

STEP3(5ヶ月目)Jr. アイリスト:21.0万円

STEP4(9ヶ月目)アイリスト:21.5万円+歩合

STEP5(11ヶ月目)ボリュームラッシュ:22万円+歩合

STEP6(2年目)アイデザイナー:23万円+歩合

STEP7 トップアイデザイナー:24万円+歩合

STEP8 店長・リーダー:25万円+歩合

  • 歩合・手当

・店販売上:10〜15%

・技術売上:45万円を超えた額に対して25〜28%支給

・講習教育手当、決算賞与あり(業績による)

【勤務時間】


平 日:10:00~19:00(実働8時間)

土日祝:09:00~18:00(実働8時間)

時短勤務でも、フルタイム正社員と給与は変わりません

子育てと両立しながら、正社員として長く働ける環境を整えています

・未就学児のお子様がいる方:9:00~16:00勤務

・小学生のお子様がいる方:9:00~17:00勤務
