アマゾンの物流/配送の拠点で商品の入荷、出荷、品質管理のいずれかの工程において、生産・業務計画の策定、生産性や稼働率の管理、メンバーの育成・評価などを行う仕事です。 アマゾンの強みである最先端の物流現場で、日々のオペレーションおよびチームマネジメントを行い、お客様に満足をお届けするお仕事です。

Basic Qualifications

• ・2026年3月末または8月末までに国内外の大学、大学院を卒業・修了(見込み)で
• ・2026年4月または10月に入社が可能な方
• ・言語スキル: 日本語 上級レベル、英語 中級レベル
