【仕事内容】

◇◆◇金融業務知識×最新の要素技術×UXデザイン◇◆◇

■具体的な業務内容 ※保険・銀行・クレジットの金融業界幅広く担当

・大規模オープン開発及び、レガシーからマイグレーション・モダナイゼーションの推進

・各種ソリューションサービス(Ex:Microsoft Power Platform、Tableau、Salesforce、MuleSoftなど)、自動化の活用による金融システムの進化、革新に向けた提案

■案件事例

〇信託銀行向け基盤開発

・概要:ブロックチェーン国内外の技術動向調査や製品調査に関する技術支援

・アピールポイント:エンドユーザーとの顧客折衝やPoCを通して幅広くブロックチェーンに関する知見や技術力を身に付けることができます。

・範囲:商用サービスに向けたブロックチェーン技術の整備とPoC実施支援

・言語:Java(Spring)、Javascript(React)、AWS

〇生成AI 研究・プリセールス

・概要:生成AIに関する共同研究とプリセールス

・アピールポイント:エンドユーザーとの顧客折衝やPoCを通して幅広く生成AIに関する知見や技術力を身に付けることができます。また、プリセールスを通しては、市場トレンドの把握も可能です。

・範囲:生成AIの活用に関するPoCの実施、およびプリセールス用の資料作成

・言語:各種生成AI、LLM、RAG など

同社では、エンジニア育成においてプロジェクトマネジメント能力の向上が

具体的には最大20万円の資格取得報奨金に加えて、

例えばPMPであれば申込みや研修、落ちた際の再受験料、更新など
