About the Role:
- Lead and enhance PAC & TIQ business processes and projects for continuous improvement and alignment with best practices.
- Facilitate global collaboration to achieve objectives and performance improvements across all sites.
- Review current performance, identify opportunities, and drive alignment for Best in Class results.
- Drive improvements in safety, cost, performance, and technology introduction.
- Engage with suppliers to enhance performance standards.
- Develop and update documentation as needed, ensuring technical specifications are met.
- Support critical tool installations and optimize the project lifecycle for expedited results.
- Focus on continuous improvement across all project phases.
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of Wafer Fab experience.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Willingness to travel.
