Job Title:
A Senior HR Leader is required to develop and execute HR strategies, support employee and organizational development, and lead all HR process and activities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies, supporting employee and organizational development, and leading all HR processes and activities.
- Translate business priorities into HR strategies, driving decision-making and delivering results.
- Work across functions to ensure that talent acquisition strategies align with business plans, career and skill development efforts bring measurable results, and core HR processes operate with excellence.
- Accountable for coordinating key initiatives and projects, including managing annual HR processes, driving talent management and development, and leading employee engagement efforts.
- Provide change leadership and management coaching, as well as design and deliver management and employee training.
- Support C&B Country Expert and actively lead and engage in C&B process and projects, such as annual salary review, incentive calculation, design of compensation packages, compliance with local legislation, and pay equity.
Your Profile:
- Minimum 3 years' work experience as a successful HR leader with minimum 3 direct reports. Successful experience as a C&B manager or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Organizational Psychology, Finance, or relevant field are preferred.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English; strategic thinking and planning ability; analytical and goal-oriented; thorough knowledge of labor legislation; full understanding of all HR functions and best practices; strong business acumen, and the agility to function in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Requirements:
- Estimated Salary: ¥8,000,000 - ¥12,000,000 per year (depending on location and experience).
