【業務内容】

経営支援プロジェクトにおいて、以下の業務をご担当いただきます。

・M&Aに関するFA(Financial Advisory)業務

M&A戦略検討(買収か売却か、対象の条件策定など)
バリュエーション(企業価値評価)
スキーム検討(ストラクチャー)
クロージングまでのプロセス管理
PMI(買収後の統合支援)

・投資業務

投資先候補の事業・財務デューデリジェンス
投資判断に用いる財務モデル作成
リターンシミュレーション、投資ストラクチャー検討

・経営支援

経営課題の把握と分析
財務分析、KPI設計、管理会計の仕組み構築
事業計画、中期計画の策定
経営企画部、CFO機能の実務支援

・クライアント業種は製造業界、小売業界、飲食業界、保険業界、IT業界等多岐に渡ります。

・クライアント規模は大手企業を中心に中堅・中小企業にまで多岐に渡ります。

・担当件数は1~2件です。

・担当案件の期間は1~5年です。

・部門構成(経営支援チーム)は100名(平均年齢32歳)です。

・プロジェクトチームはアサイン型です。

・残業時間は月平均40時間です。

・月額給与:年俸の1/12を毎月支給

・インセンティブ:年1回(会社、チーム、個人の実績に応じ数ヶ月分を支給)
