【 仕事内容 】

注文住宅、分譲住宅、店舗をはじめとした非住宅建築まで、幅広い設計業務に対応していただきます。

【1】ヒアリング・企画フェーズ

  • エンドユーザーや事業主へのヒアリング
  • 敷地調査や法規・近隣環境のチェック
  • 要望の整理と初期プランの提案
  • 空間構成の立案(将来像を踏まえ検討)

【2】設計・実施設計フェーズ

  • 基本設計

平面・立面・断面図、パースなどの作成

  • 実施設計

構造・設備・仕上げ・仕様の詳細設計

  • 各種申請業務

建築確認申請、長期優良住宅認定など

  • チームとの連携

建材や家具などの共同開発・選定(プロダクトチーム)

素材感や演出面のすり合わせ(グラフィックチーム)

【3】施工・監理フェーズ

  • 施工図面のチェック
  • 現場監理

定例打合せ、納まり・品質確認など

  • 施主対応

素材確認、照明・設備の最終選定支援

  • 引き渡し前の検査(仕上がりチェック)

【4】そのほか

  • 事例撮影やプロモーション設計
  • 社内ナレッジの共有
  • 自社企画住宅の開発・商品化

月給 300,000円

※固定残業代:60,620円(40時間分)

上記は残業発生の有無にかかわらず支給します
