アマゾンジャパンでは急拡大する自社配送ネットワークAmazon Logistics(AMZL)を支えるオペレーション・アドミニストレーターを募集しています。 オペレーション・アドミニストレーターはマス採用マネージャー及び、デリバリーステーションマネージャーの指示のもと、以下の業務を行っていただきます。
世界最高のラストマイル(最終拠点からお客様への物流サービス)を構築するという目標に向かって、デリバリーステーションや本社のメンバー、派遣会社等取引先と積極的にコミュニケーションを取りながら、正確かつスピード感をもって業務を進めていける方を求めています。
【HR業務】
・日々の従業員の勤怠に関わるデータ抽出ならびにデータ作成
・日々の従業員の勤務時間や出勤退勤等の就労管理
・日々のシフト時間に基づく要員把握
・従業員のシフト表の作成、シフト変更対応
・社内人事システムへ派遣社員登録・登録情報編集
・派遣会社向けの契約書各種作成・発注・派遣費用支払い
・必要人員確保のため、派遣会社及び社内関係者との調整・交渉
・派遣会社及び社内ステークホルダーへ正確な情報をスムーズかつ効率的に伝達するプロセスの開発・維持・改善
・HRチームで取組むプロジェクトへの参加
※HR業務全般について、複数ステーションをご担当頂く可能性があります。
【総務業務】(将来的に他部門へ業務移管される可能性があります)
■総務、オフィスマネージメント業務
・事務用品管理、発注業務
・電話応対
・ステーションで取り組む改善活動の事務局業務
・社内精算システムを使用した請求書処理、発注記録管理等
■イベントの企画・運営サポート業務
・従業員のモチベーション向上のためのイベント企画、オリジナルグッズの制作
■来客対応業務
・VIP来社時の応対
※日々のオペレーションに必要な人員数を必要なタイミングで集め、安定したオペレーションの実現をサポートすることがメインの仕事です。
※従業員の勤怠に関わる仕事を通じて、基礎的な労務知識を学ぶことができます。

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 社会人経験3年以上- エクセルスキル中級以上(VLOOKUP、ピボットは必須)
- ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 20名以上のシフト作成及び調整経験を1年以上(対象はアルバイトでも可)- PCスキル中級以上
- 総務実務経験
- 職場の環境改善経験
- メールのやり取りや案内文の作成ができる程度の英語力(読み書きがメイン)
