各種製品の引き合いが非常に多くある中で、産業機器用のモータークラッチブレーキ等の製造の即戦力のオペレーター人材を求めております。

  • 職務概要:

・汎用旋盤を用いた下記の加工業務全般

・クラッチおよびブレーキ部品の加工

・クラッチおよびブレーキの追い込み加工全般(最終組立時の累積公差調整加工を含む)

・ブレーキライニングの加工(平面出し、段差加工、溝入れ加工)

・ブレーキ部品のネジ切り加工全般(現品合わせによる調整加工)

・クラッチ部品のピン溝入れ加工全般

・鉄道用モーター部品の加工

・ロータアセンブリの仕上げ加工(96DMG用)

・アーマチュアアセンブリのフライス加工(G105)

・フライス加工を用いた下記の加工業務全般

・ブレーキライニングの溝入れ加工

・クラッチ部品のピン溝入れ加工全般

産業機器用のモータークラッチブレーキ等の部品について、まずは旋盤業務・フライス加工業務・機械加工全般の実務を担当しを積んでいただき、将来的には管理職として若手技術者への指導・教育を担っていただく、もしくは、専門職としてエキスパートとしてご活躍いただきます。

応募資格

【必須】

・図面読解力:

加工指示を正確に理解するために、JIS規格に基づいた機械図面

(三角法、寸法公差、幾何公差など)を正確に読み取る能力が

不可欠。

・測定技術:

ノギス、マイクロメータ、ダイヤルゲージ、三次元測定器などの測定機器を適切に使用し、公差内に収まっているかを精密に検査する能力

・工具と材料の知識::

被削材(鉄、ステンレス、アルミ、樹脂など)の種類に応じた適切な切削工具(バイトの種類、チップ材種)や切削条件(回転数、送り速度、切込み量)を選定する知識

・機械操作の基本:

汎用旋盤の各部名称(主軸、刃物台、心押し台、ベッド

など)を理解し、チャックへのワーク(材料)の確実な取り付け、心出し、芯押し作業などを安全かつ正確に行えること

・技術と感覚:

NC旋盤と異なり、手作業で加工を行うため、長年の経験に基づく熟練の技術が不可欠

・五感で加工を制御する能力:

回転数・送り速度: 作業音や切削音を聞きながら、最適な回転数や送り速度を調整

切りくずの状態: 切りくずの形、大きさ、色から、加工の状態を

判断し、調整

・正確な計測技術: 完成品を正確に測定し、微調整を行うための技術

工具の選定能力: 加工する材料や目的に合わせて、最適な切削チップなどの工具を選ぶ事が出来る。

・空間認識能力と判断力:

材料の形状や大きさを正確に把握し加工方法を瞬時に判断する能力。

・安全管理スキル:

機械や材料、加工プロセスに関する安全管理を

徹底する能力。

予期せぬトラブルが発生した際に、冷静に原因を特定し、

解決策を見出す力。

待遇

  • 試用期間3か月(待遇は変わりません)

  • 昇給年1回、賞与年2回(6月、12月)

  • 完全週休2日制(当社カレンダーによる)、祝日 ※年間休日121日
