業務内容:
データサポートの役割でチームに参加していただける、意欲的な方を募集しています。このポジションは、データに興味があり、データの整理・クリーニング・分析用の準備などを実務を通して学びたい方に最適です。
主な業務内容:
- 複数のデータソース(データベース、スプレッドシート、社内システムなど)からデータを収集・統合する
- データを整理・整形し、分析に適した形式にする
- 基本的な可視化(グラフやチャート)の作成をサポートする
- チームが正確かつ最新のデータセットを維持できるよう支援する
求めるスキル・経験:
- Excelの基本操作、およびピボットテーブルや簡単な可視化などのデータ操作に親しみがある方
- 自立して業務を進め、タスクを自ら設定できる方
- 新しいデータツールや技術を学ぶ意欲がある方
- 好奇心旺盛で、主体的に行動できる方
歓迎スキル・経験(必須ではありません):
- 技術、分析、データ活用に興味がある方
- SQL、Pythonなどのプログラミング言語に関心がある方
- SQLスキルやデータベース設計・スキーマに関する理解がある方

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in a data support role. This position is ideal for someone who is curious about data and eager to gain experience in organizing, cleaning, and preparing data for analysis.
Responsibilities
- Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources (databases, spreadsheets, internal systems).
- Clean and format data to ensure it is analysis ready.
- Assist in creating basic visualizations (charts, graphs) to summarize data.
- Support the team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date datasets.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Excel and basic data manipulation such as pivot tables and visualizations
- Ability to work independently and define tasks without close supervision
- Willingness to learn new data tools and techniques.
- Curious and proactive attitude.
Preferred
- Interest in technology, analytics, or data-driven work.
- Interest in SQL, Python, or other programming languages
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of database schemas and design
