業務内容


<仕事内容>

~自由な社風/不動産×Techで急成長しているベンチャー企業/年間休日127日以上/水曜日+1日好きな曜日でお休み取得可能/自分で計画を立てながら好きにお休みを組める環境~

同社の大阪業務課にて、営業事務担当をお任せします。

2021年7月には東証スタンダード市場に上場も果たし、会社全体で社員数が900名を超えました。

大阪支店は現在60名の営業拠点ですが、今後も規模を拡大していく予定のため事務組織の拡大も見据えています。

組織基盤を強化していくために、今回中途採用の募集を開始しました。

<主な業務内容>

不動産契約書類の管理

契約にまつわる社内手続きのチェック(WEB上のワークフロー、各種書面)

営業社員のサポート全般

電話対応・来客対応

総務業務(備品発注、郵便物管理、その他)

経理業務(現金入出金管理、預金口座管理など)
