『合同会社鶴田』は茨城県小美玉市で、"お芋で想いを届ける"をコンセプトに、心を込めて丁寧に干し芋づくりに取り組んでいます。原料となるさつまいもの栽培から、干し芋の加工まで一貫生産しています。収穫後2ヶ月以上低温熟成させて糖度を上げたさつまいもを高温でゆっくり蒸し上げ、専用乾燥庫でじっくりと乾燥させることで、美味しさをぎゅっと凝縮し、濃厚で上質な甘さとねっとりと柔らかな食感、黄金色に輝く美しい干し芋が生まれます。干し芋は茨城県の伝統食品であり、大切にしたい食文化です。その魅力を伝え、良い文化は守りつつ、さらに良いものをお客様にご提供できるように新たな事にも一緒に取り組んでみましょう
栽培から加工まで6次産業に携われるお仕事
今回募集する正社員にお任せするのは主にさつまいもの栽培と干し芋加工業務。そのほか、じゃがいもと里芋の栽培(植付け~収穫)にも携わっていただきます。3~11月はさつまいも、2~6月はじゃがいも、11~6月は干し芋加工と、年間を通じて多様な作業に携われる環境です。干し芋の原料は「はるかに優れたさつまいも」とも言われる品種"べにはるか"。鮮やかな赤紫色の外観に、加熱によって高まる糖度と麦芽糖由来の上品な甘さ、しっとりとした食感と豊かな香りが魅力です。当社の干し芋は、小美玉市のブランド「小美玉の恵み」認定品で、ふるさと納税やお取り寄せ品(お取り寄せ大賞金賞受賞)、贈答品としてもご好評いただいています。農作業では土作りや苗作りから、苗植え、メンテナンス、収穫、干し芋加工では、蒸し、スライス、乾燥、選別・包装まで、全ての工程がご経験いただける環境です。茨城県には多くの干し芋生産事業者があり、見た目は同じように見えがちですが、作り手の工夫と技術で個性を宿す―そんな「奥深い干し芋づくり」にゼロから関われるのがこの仕事の大きなやりがいです。
経験不問一緒に成長していきましょう
創業時は米や落花生、栗などを販売する商店だった当社。1978年に干し芋「玉豊」の製造をスタートし、2005年からは干し芋の原料芋などの農作物の生産を開始しました。そして2024年、事業の承継や維持拡大のため『合同会社鶴田』を設立。自然豊かな小美玉市で、40年以上積み重ねてきた干し芋づくりの技術と経験を受け継ぎながら、新しい会社としてこれからの干し芋づくりを一緒に創っていく仲間を求めています。手作業で時間のかかる工程も多い仕事ですが、心を込めてひとつひとつのお芋と向き合っている私たち。農業や加工が初めての方でも、丁寧にお教えしますのでご安心ください。農業や食品が好きで、一緒に学び、考えて成長する意欲がある方からのご応募をお待ちしています
