【仕事内容】:

携わるのは大型商業施設、教育施設、老人保健施設、工場などの大型施設。

建物の新築や更新工事に伴う電気設備工事、空調・衛生設備工事の提案を行う営業職です。

・ゼネコン、サブコン、管理会社などの新規顧客開拓、既存顧客との関係構築

・現地調査

・見積書作成・工程立案

・顧客ニーズのヒアリング・企画提案

・現場社員との打合せ・稼働管理

・工事進行状況に合わせたアフターフォロー など
