仕事内容:
- 要件定義:お客様の要望をヒアリングし、叶えたいことを可視化
- 設計:叶えたいことをシステムでどうやって実現するかを検討
- 設計:データベース設計、AWSアーキテクチャ検討、システムフロー検討
- 開発:弊社パッケージ(自動発注)の開発
- 開発:データ基盤の構築、分析システムの開発
- 開発:AWSのRedshift, Athena, SQS, SNS, Glue, Lambda, Stepfunctions, Quicksight を用いた開発
- 開発:フロント技術(vue)
- 開発:バックエンド開発(python)
- 開発:データベース処理(DML, DDL)

- SES契約のような客先常駐のスタイルもやっておりません。
- ユーザー企業と直接話し、顧客の悩みを一緒に解決するべく要件定義を実施し、システム開発を受託し、自社で開発をするスタイルです。自分の創意工夫をシステムに組み込み、仕事を自分ごとにして楽しみましょう
- 事務所にはゴールデン・レトリーバーの社員犬が定期的に出社してきます。構ってあげると喜びます。

勤務時間・曜日:
- 完全フレックス制で自由な勤務
- フレキシブルタイム 7:00-22:00
- コアタイム 10:00-15:00
- 昼休憩 :00-13:00
- 眠いときは寝る。頭をスッキリさせて働いて生産性を高めるのに誰も文句は言いません。
- 所要があったら気軽に抜けたり、帰宅が可能です。
- 実際、病院や市役所、銀行などお昼休憩を伸ばされたりと積極活用。
- 勤務する日はがっつりで週4を働くもよし。短めの時間にして週6で働くなど自由に決めていただいて構いません。
