・研究グループでは、ウェアラブルデバイスや診療データ、オミクスデータなど多様な医療・ヘルスケアデータを統合し、AI技術を活用する領域での技術開発を行っています。
【職務内容】
医療・ヘルスケアデータを扱うAI技術の研究領域において、幅広い活用を推進します。具体的には、以下の業務を担当いただきます。
・多様な医療・ヘルスケアデータを活用した、独自性のある機械学習・AIアルゴリズムの研究・開発・社内外のステークホルダーと連携しながら、顧客課題の探索と技術による解決策の提案を行う
・機械学習・AIアルゴリズムを現場ニーズに即したソリューションとして設計し、実装・評価までを主体的に推進
・研究成果に基づく知的財産創出、および、国内外学会発表などを通した対外的なアピール・情報発信

応募資格 / Qualifications
プロフェッショナル(課長相当)の場合
【MUST】
下記のすべての条件を満たすこと
・PythonやRなどを用いたデータ解析・機械学習モデルの構築など、プログラミングの実装経験(5年以上)
・研究・開発部門での3人以上のチームに対するリーダー・マネジメント経験(2年以上)
【WANT】
・実世界の医療・ヘルスケアデータを用いた機械学習に関する研究または開発の経験
・バイオインフォマティクス分野でのデータ解析やプログラミング実装の経験
・医療統計の知識とデータ解析経験(生存分析、多変量解析、傾向スコア解析、仮説検定など)
・英語での実務遂行が可能な語学力(英文メールでのやりとりや会議の対応可能なレベル)
主任の場合
【MUST】
・PythonやRなどを用いたデータ解析・機械学習モデルの構築など、プログラミングの実装経験(3年以上)
【WANT】
・実世界の医療・ヘルスケアデータを用いた機械学習に関する研究または開発の経験

・年収930万〜1200万円程度
・月給58万〜80万円程度(月額基本給58万〜80万円程度を含む)

・年収680万〜930万円程度
・月給44万〜61万円程度(月額基本給35万〜49万円程度を含む)
