【仕事内容】

高級時計やブランドバッグを中心とした

ラグジュアリー商材を扱う

『TIME GRACE GINZA』にて、

鑑定・買取・販売業務をお任せします。

<具体的な業務内容>

店頭での接客・販売

持ち込まれたお品物の査定・買取

(時計、バッグ、ジュエリー等)

商品管理・ディスプレイ作成

問い合わせ対応

<取り扱いブランド例>

ROLEX、PATEK PHILIPPE、

AUDEMARS PIGUET、HERMES、

CHANEL、Harry Winstonなど。

※希少性の高いモデルに触れる機会も多く、

鑑定士としての市場価値も高まります

平均的な買取金額は数万円~十数万円です。

ときには100万円以上になる高級品を

扱うこともあります。

業務に慣れてきたら、店長や管理職として

以下の業務をご対応いただきます。

新規取り扱いブランドの発掘/開拓~取引先拡大

店舗運営ノウハウの企画

後輩の育成・教育マネジメント

今後、新店舗の出店計画も予定中。

その際は新店舗立ち上げ責任者としてのご活躍も可能です。

海外のお客様が来店されることもあるため、

語学を活かして活躍したい方も大歓迎です。

会社について学んだ後、OJT 形式で丁寧に仕事の流れをお伝えします。

これまでのご経験や適性にあわせ、できる業務からお任せしていきます。

業務に慣れてきたら、店長として店舗運営やマネジメント業務をご対応いただきます。

基本給:月給 28万8000円 〜 60万9000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり6万2000円 〜 19万1000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり40時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
