This is a key, customer-facing position where you'll serve as a vital communication bridge between our team and major global clients like Google and Meta. Key Responsibilities:

• Bilingual Liaison:
  Act as a primary communication point (Japanese/English) for customer audits and day-to-day communications.
• Documentation & Presentation:
  Create professional documents and presentations using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to support customer-facing meetings and reviews.
• Meeting Representation:
  Represent the company in customer-facing meetings, ensuring clear and accurate communication of technical and operational details.
• Production Process Knowledge:
  Understand and communicate our production processes and equipment at a high level, with the ability to learn and articulate more in-depth knowledge as needed.
• Audit Readiness:
  Support internal teams in preparing for and executing customer audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency:
  Fluent in
  Japanese (Native/JLPT N1/N2)
  and
  English (Business Level)
  .
• Experience:
  2-5 years of experience in a project coordination, liaison, or similar customer-facing role, preferably in a production engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Technical Acumen:
  Basic understanding of production processes and equipment, with a willingness to learn and grow your knowledge.
• Soft Skills:
  Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Location:
  Ability to work onsite in Otsuki, Yamanashi.

• バイリンガルでの連絡業務:
  顧客監査や日常的なコミュニケーションにおいて、主要な連絡窓口(日本語/英語)として機能します。
• 文書・プレゼンテーション作成:
  顧客向け会議をサポートするため、MS Office(Word、PowerPoint、Excel)を使用して専門的な文書やプレゼンテーション資料を作成します。
• 会議出席:
  顧客向け会議に出席し、技術的および運用上の詳細を正確かつ明確に伝達します。
• 生産プロセスへの理解:
  生産プロセスや設備について概要レベルで理解し、必要に応じてより詳細な知識を習得し、説明する能力を身につけます。
• 監査準備:
  顧客監査に向けた準備と実行を社内チームと協力してサポートします。

必須スキルと資格:

• 語学力:
  **日本語(ネイティブ/JLPT N1/N2)
  および
  英語(ビジネスレベル)**が堪能であること。
• 経験:
  プロジェクトコーディネーション、リエゾン(連絡調整)、または類似の顧客対応業務で2~5年の経験がある方。生産技術や製造業関連の経験があれば尚可。
• 技術的な適性:
  生産プロセスや設備について基本的な理解があり、知識を積極的に深める意欲があること。
• ソフトスキル:
  優れた対人能力、コミュニケーション能力、プレゼンテーション能力。
• 勤務地:
  山梨県大月市でのオンサイト勤務が可能であること。
