Your Role And Responsibilities
お客様と共に新しい価値を共創し、共に推進・運用するパートナーとして、お客様のデジタルとビジネス双方の変革をご支援します。ITプロジェクトを統括し、進捗管理、リソース配分、課題解決をリードします。お客様との円滑なコミュニケーションを図り、要件定義から導入までを成功に導く役割を担います。最新テクノロジーを活用し、品質や納期を重視しながらチームをサポートし、プロジェクトの成功に貢献します。

安定稼働を実現する高度な開発力と、最新テクノロジーへのこだわりを持つことが求められます。
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
ITベンダー、SIer、コンサルファーム、もしくは金融機関において、金融業界向けの大規模プロジェクト推進経験
金融業界向けのシステムインテグレーション開発やパッケージ・ソフトウエア開発、システム構築におけるPMやPLとしての経験
システム開発において、要件定義フェーズを含む、システム開発の上流工程を担当した経験
お客様の意思決定に関わる資料作成や、お客様との意思疎通を行うに十分な日本語力を有していること
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
PMP等で定義されているプロジェクト管理体系をPMとして実践した経験
クラウド (AWS/Azure/GCP/IBM Cloud) またはコンテナ技術を活用した開発経験経験
