Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Osaka HQ team, including managing client payments, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client payments and agency payment services using Corrigo
  • Check payroll debit data and ensure accuracy
  • Assist with asset application and registration
  • Enter utility data and maintain accurate records
  • Manage (Cylinder) keys and postal instruments
  • Distribute handouts and provide reception support
  • Maintain regular medications and satellite phone management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS) and SharePoint (OneDrive)
