仕事内容


・来訪されたお客さまへの接客(1日3~5件)…「買取大吉」にご来店されたお客さまへの接客対応。お客様とのコミュニケーションをとり、ご提案しやすい関係性を作っていきます。

・買取のご案内…お客さまの大切な品物をお預かりし、種類や状態などを確認。スマートフォンで撮影しバイヤーや専門の部署へメールまたはLINEで送ります。査定結果がきたら、お客さまへ価格をお伝えします。お客様に、ご納得いただければ、ご成約となり簡易的な書類の作成をします。

・SNSの運用…SNSやGoogleを閲覧されている方に向けて参考価格の投稿や買取品目のお知らせなどを行います。

※中古品のオークション販売やスマホアプリでの売買が容易になった、世界規模で環境配慮やサステナブル消費志向の高まりから右肩あがりの業界です。

アピールポイント:

・業界高水準のインセンティブ制度…商談実績に応じて高額インセンティブを支給。実績に応じてインセンティブの係数が上昇していくため、数十万円~数百万円のインセンティブを勝ち取る社員も続出月締めで毎月の基本給に上乗せされるからこそ高収入をご自身の頑張りで実現可能です。

・入社後の流れ…オンラインにて3日~5日間、研修を行います。ダイヤモンドやブランド品を見極める座学研修、古物営業法についての座学研修。その他、独り立ち後も店舗の先輩社員が随時OJT研修を行います。未経験の方でもイチから、品物の専門知識と、買取営業を学べる環境があります。

※メインの就業場所は、千葉県千葉市稲毛区ですが、月に6日ほど千葉県佐倉市(JR佐倉駅より徒歩4分)での勤務をお願いする場合があります。

総労働時間:1週あたり40時間

勤務時間:10:00~19:00(内休憩1H)

月曜日~日曜日の中で週5日勤務

シフトは1か月単位で作成しますが、途中での変更もできる限り対応しています。

※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 22万8800円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり5万1200円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

研修後は

獲得粗利やその他実績に応じてインセンティブを毎月支給

年2回粗利額に応じて賞与支給(1回で500,000円以上支給の実績有)

820万/31歳(月給350,000+インセンティブ+賞与)

630万/27歳(月給300,000+インセンティブ+賞与)
