仕事内容
・介護保険を利用した福祉用具のレンタルや販売
・手すりの取り付けや段差解消等の介護保険の適応範囲内での住宅改修の
営業です。先輩社員に数か月同行し学びながらお仕事を覚えていただきます。
<具体的には・・・>
居宅介護支援事業所・地域包括支援センターのケアマネジャーさんからの依頼により、福祉用具や住宅改修を必要としている方のご相談をいただきます。
ご利用者様宅を訪問し、ご本人の様子を確認後、ベッド・歩行器・車椅子等のレンタルや販売の提案、選定をします。定期的にレンタル中のご利用者様宅を訪問し、利用状況の確認をします。
また必要がある場合に、手すりの取り付けや段差解消等のバリアフリー工事の提案もします。
メーカーに必要な製品を発注し、納品します。
納品は協力業者に委託しているため、重いものを持ち上げるようなことはありません。
その他、簡単な事務作業等も行っていただきます。
- ノルマはありません。
- 1日の訪問件数は5~7件程度です。
- 訪問は社用車(軽バン)で移動します。
給与
月給280,000円~400,000円(経験・能力による)
※一律職務手当(90,000円~166,000円)含む。
※固定残業手当38,000円~52,000円(20時間相当)含む。
20時間を超える時間外労働は追加で支給。
- 職場体験からでもOK
