<具体的な仕事内容>
cleanLASER(クリーンレーザー)装置のメンテナンス業務をお任せします。
レーザーの中枢部分を扱う高度な作業ではなく、主に定期的な点検や消耗品の交換などが中心です。専門的な知識がなくても、入社後にしっかり学べるのでご安心ください
- 使用する機械は3kg程度で、重量物を運ぶような仕事ではありません。また照射にあたり、反動などもないのでどなたでもチャレンジできます
❖入社後の流れ
レーザークリーニング装置の取り扱い方法を習得し、装置の仕組みを学んでいただきます。
また、業務にあたって一般社団法人クリーンレーザー工法協会の認定講習を受講し、レーザー施工の資格を取得が必須となりますが、資格取得フォローは万全です
❖働く環境の魅力
① 実働が短い: 鉄道関連の現場が多いため、終電〜始発の間が勝負。実働4時間程度で終わる日も多いですが、もちろん給与は全額支給。残業もありません
② 圧倒的な「休み」: 年間休日125日に加え、現場がない日は休みが基本。月に5日以上の長期休暇を取ることも可能です。

❖レーザークリーニングとは?
橋や高速道路のサビ取りや塗装は、これまで薬剤や研磨剤を使う方法が主流でした。
しかし、これらは環境に悪く、ゴミも多く出てしまいます。
そこで注目されているのが「クリーンレーザー工法」。
レーザーの光だけで汚れやサビを落とすので、環境にやさしく、安全に作業できます。
2023年ごろから公共工事でも使われ始め、今、急速に需要が高まっている技術です。
