    • 仕事内容

    主な仕事内容としては、株式会社やる気が展開する店舗での料理長業務で活躍していただけます。入社後、まずは店舗業務(主にキッチン)を覚えていただきます。
    その後、キッチンの代表としてキッチンスタッフのマネジメントも行っていただきます。
    他にも、在庫や原価管理、商品開発など料理に関わる商品力·サービス力の向上に力を発揮していただけるポジションになります。
    ゆくゆくは新業態における商品開発担当などのポジションへの登用もあります。また、やる気は、週休2日制·福利厚生·手当が充実しているなど働きやすい環境です。バーやバル、寿司、和食、ラーメン、イタリアン、ファミレス、カフェ、お菓子販売など他業種の方も大歓迎です

    ※上記と別途、住宅手当など支給

    11:00〜23:30 (L.O.23:00) ※実働時間 9時間00分/日
    ※マイカー通勤OKです
    ※会社規定を超える残業は原則なし
