■Key Responsibilities
・Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Japanese market.
・Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and mentoring.
・Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client portfolio.
・Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
・Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies.
・Analyze sales performance data and identify areas for improvement.
・Manage sales pipeline and forecast future revenue.
・Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
■Requirements
・Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of success.
・Experience managing a sizeable sales team in a fast-paced environment.
・Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
・Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Fluent in Japanese and English.
・Knowledge of the Japanese technology market is highly desirable.
・Experience in the data center, network, or ELV system industries is a plus.
・Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
