The Role
As a Front-End Developer at Kyndryl, you'll help shape the future of Agentic AI by creating immersive, intuitive, and high-performance user experiences. This isn't just about screens, it's about redefining interaction through emerging technologies like IoT and augmented reality, integrated with Agentic AI capabilities.

You'll work in a startup-style environment inside a global enterprise, collaborating with PhDs, AI architects, and engineers to deliver solutions that transform industries. Expect rapid innovation cycles, MVP rollouts, and the freedom to experiment with cutting-edge tech.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop front-end interfaces for Agentic AI solutions, blending UX principles with advanced interaction design.
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers to translate functional designs into practical, scalable solutions.
• Contribute to innovation cycles, from concept to execution, delivering MVPs and demos in weeks - not months.
• Ensure accessibility compliance and implement best practices for inclusive design.
• Work on projects that integrate emerging technologies (Agentic AI, IoT, AR) to create next-generation experiences.
• Participate in testing and validation, including A/B testing and usability assessments.

Essential Qualifications

• Native Japanese proficiency or equivalent
• Proficiency in React, , and Tailwind UI Library.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals.
• Experience with UX design principles, including design systems, typography, color standards, and design tokens.
• Demonstrated experience in A/B testing and accessibility standards.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-trust, flat organizational structure.
• Experience partnering with AI engineers to deliver functional, user-centric solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Portfolio showcasing integration of emerging technologies (e.g., Agentic AI) in innovative applications.
• Background in public sector, finance, healthcare, industrial, or enterprise automation projects.
• Prior involvement in digital transformation initiatives or AI-native product development.
