仕事内容:
At Maana, retail is more than selling products — it's about creating moments of connection and sharing the stories, materials, and values behind what we make and curate.
As a Retail Shop Staff member, you'll be a welcoming presence in our store, helping visitors feel at ease while guiding them through our space and offerings. You'll support daily store operations, assist customers with care and attentiveness, and help ensure the shop feels calm, thoughtful, and well-run throughout the day.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, appreciates design and craftsmanship, and takes pride in maintaining a warm, inviting environment. You should be comfortable balancing customer interaction with behind-the-scenes tasks, and able to stay composed and attentive in a dynamic retail setting.

- Respond to customer questions with clarity and care, both in person and occasionally online.
- Collaborate with other teams (hospitality, experiences, dining) with a proactive and supportive attitude.
- Support special events, workshops, or seasonal activations as needed.
求める人材:
- Fluency in Japanese and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Warm, customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Interest in design, craftsmanship, culture, or lifestyle retail.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic digital tools.
- Calm, reliable, and proactive — you notice what needs to be done and take initiative.
勤務時間・曜日:
Part-time, with opportunity to become full-time.
