役割・職務内容
】
- 決済系システムを守るために、サービスに影響がある障害から、ユーザ影響を極力守り、サービスを維持し続ける
- イレギュラーな問題に対して、解決を行う
- 自動化を推進し、手作業を自動化して、生産性を高める
- 便利だと思うツールは自ら作成する
- 運用リーダが不在時は、その代替も務める。
- 他部署と協調して決済系システムの維持運営に努める
- 運用チームが、定常運用・一般的な障害対応、所属チームが新規定常作業受入、障害対応法方法の手順化

- リーダとして全体を見渡せ、平素からメンバーに対して気を配ることができる
- 課題・問題管理
- 問題点を自ら見つけ、改善計画を立て、その実行を管理・推進できる
- 与えられた命題に対して、自ら計画を立ててメンバーと共に実施できる
- 問題発生時、状況整理が出来、且つ、周りとコミュニケーションが直ぐに取れ、協調して問題解決ができる
- 報告書作成
- 顧客に理論立てて説明できる
- 業務の可視化(定量化)
以下の技術要素について実践経験があること
- Windows, Linux(RH系) 5年以上
- 簡単なShell Scriptが読めること
- SQL文が読めること
- NWの基本的な知識が分かること(パケットキャプチャやSecurityなど)
- WebLogicなどのスレッド数、File Descriptor、セッション数など開発チームが話していることが理解出来、会話に参加できるスキルを保有していること
