年間休日は120日残業は月10時間以内

年休120日以上の駐車場保守メンテナンススタッフ

【仕事内容】


立体駐車場に異常がないか、チーム体制でメンテナンスを行います。

設置の状態を一定水準に保ち、劣化を防ぐため、給油・調整・補修などを行います。

定期点検の状況を報告書で営業へ伝え、その内容に沿って対応していくお仕事です。

・電気設備(制御盤など)の定期点検

・チェーンの給油など定期メンテナンス

〇事前共有

営業担当者が受注したメンテナンスや修繕工事の案件について、事前共有を受けます。

〇現場作業

・マンションの立体駐車場など(2~3名/車で片道1~2時間程度)

・チェーンや歯車への給油、修繕工事のための調査など

・メンテナンス所要時間:1件あたり1~2時間程度(規模により異なる)

※修繕工事の場合は1件あたり半日~1日程度

※早く終わった班が他の班を手伝う文化があります(チームワークを発揮して作業の効率化)

〇報告書・見積書の作成

現場が終われば、報告書を作成して営業に報告。

窓口は営業担当なので基本的に直接のやりとりはありません。

(定期点検の場合)

9:00~/点検出発の準備

9:30~/作業開始

10:45~/オイルを塗ってチェーンの動きをスムーズにしたり、部品などを交換

12:00~/休憩

13:15~/動作の正常チェック

16:30~/ボルトの状態を確認

17:00~/報告書の作成

※作業時間等で余裕が生まれた時は、作業の見直しや復習、次回の予習などを行なったりしています。

※緊急当番の日で対応が無い時は、報告書の見返しやまとめたりなど時間を有効活用しています。

※年3回は上司との面談・目標設定などの評価制度があり、昇給や賞与に反映していきます。

A.9:00~18:00(休憩60分)

B.18:00~翌9:00(休憩7時間) 仮眠可

※Bシフトの場合、翌日明け休み

※残業ほぼナシ

※入社6ヶ月後、月2~4回夜間対応有(自宅待機も可)

※変形労働時間制(1ヶ月単位)
