仕事内容
TV CMでもおなじみの「東進衛星予備校」。あなたにお任せするのは、生徒と直接顔を合わせてカウンセリングや進路相談を行なう校舎運営スタッフの仕事。授業を受け持つわけではなく、生徒たちの"人生の先輩"としてアドバイスしていくことが主な役割です。もちろん、大学の特徴や授業内容など、進路相談に必要な知識は入社後に身につけられますのでご安心ください。いずれは校舎長、ブロック長、エリア長とポジションを上げていくことも期待しています。
- 教師ではなく、"コーチ"です。
生徒一人ひとりに、毎月面談を実施。勉強の進み具合を把握し、予習・復習の仕方をアドバイスしたり、目標の大学に合わせて弱点をつぶすカリキュラムを設定したりしていきます。モチベーションを保てるように勇気づけるなど、目標に向かう生徒を二人三脚で支えてあげることが、大切な役割です。
- 保護者との間に立つことも。
生徒だけではなく、保護者の方から相談が寄せられることもあります。両方の気持ちを汲み取ったうえで、進路の"専門家"としてアドバイスをしてあげてください。夏期・冬期講習の提案なども行なっていきます。成績を上げるという目的に向かって、提案していきます。

当社は、全国に53校の「東進衛星予備校」を展開しています。2017年4月に設立したばかりの会社ですが、この予備校運営を事業譲渡される形でスタートしたため、その基盤はすでに盤石そのもの。今後のさらなる展開を見据えて、スタッフの増員、そして校舎長としての育成を進めていきます。

固定給制 月給23万5000円以上
※経験・能力などを考慮して、優遇します。
※月給額には、月20時間分のみなし残業手当(3万5000円以上)が含まれます。超過分は、別途全額支給いたします。
※試用期間中(3~6ヶ月)、月給額が23万5000円(月20時間分のみなし残業手当:3万3000円を含む。超過分は別途全額支給)となります。
※賞与は、チーム全員の目標達成度合いに応じた額を支給します。
