■ポジションについて
CMCプロジェクト推進担当として、FMT製剤の開発をお任せいたします。
■具体的な業務内容
- CMC開発戦略の立案およびプロジェクトリード
- 治験ステージにおけるFMT製剤の規格および試験方法の立案
- 製造プロセスの改良戦略立案
- 各種分析法バリデーションの実施方針の立案
- 治験薬製造計画立案およびサプライチェーンの構築
- 海外FMTアドバイザーとの情報交換
- 自社製造サイトメンバーとのコミュニケーション
FMT製剤の開発において、治験ステージでの規格や試験方法の立案、製造プロセスの改良、および治験薬の製造・供給計画を策定します。また、海外の専門家との連携を通じてグローバルな視点でプロジェクトを推進します。

■必須
- 新薬開発におけるCMCプロジェクト推進の経験
- 薬事相談資料(FDAまたはPMDA)の作成またはレビュー経験
ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
英語のプレゼン、質疑応答が可能なレベル

- 薬事相談資料の作成経験(FDAand/orPMDA)
