土木工事/現場作業員

『巴山建設株式会社』について

中小企業ではまだ少ないドローン測量や

3DCADを取り入れて、新技術を駆使した

設計を行っています。

主な工事は多摩川などの河川工事や橋梁工事、

土木一式工事など。新たな道路をつくる街路

築造工事や、がけ崩れ修復のための道路災害

防除工事なども行っています。

<会社所有重機>

油圧式ショベル 35台

ホイルローダー 3台

ブルドーザー4台

※土木一式工事とは?

大規模で複雑な工事を要するため

個別の専門工事として行うことがむずかしく、

総合的な企画や指導・調整が必要な工事のこと。

具体的には橋梁・ダム・トンネル・高速道路・

鉄道軌道・道路・団地等造成・公道下の下水道

などがあり、エリア一帯のまちづくりにも及ぶ大規模な工事です。

<主な仕事>

橋梁・河川工事を中心とした

土木工事一式をお任せします。

<具体的に>

・新設橋、仮橋の設置工事

・河川の氾濫を防ぐための工事

・必要な資材の運搬作業

・重機を使用した掘削など

※現場エリア:都内、多摩地区など

※月間24日勤務

※土工事全般を行っていただきます。

<1日のスケジュール例>

※トンネル工事の場合

08:00 自家用車もしくは社用車で現場へ直行

朝礼、ミーティングを行う

08:30 作業スタート

バックホーで残土をダンプに積み込む

残土を置き場へ運搬する

10:00 30分休憩

10:30 鉄板をクレーンで釣り上げ、ぬかるんだ場所に敷いていく

12:00 ランチ休憩、車の中で仮眠をとる

13:00 高速道路を規制

ダンプにコンクリート片を積み込む

15:00 30分休憩

15:30 作業用の足場を山の斜面に設置する

16:30 作業終了、片付け

17:00 帰社or直帰で終了、お疲れ様でした

・建設業の経験(面接時、ご経験内容をお伺いし、給与決定いたします)

・土木工事現場、建設現場作業員の経験

・普通自動車運転免許保持者

・重機オペレーター経験や資格がある方

(タイヤショベル、バックホー、ダンプ、クレーン、その他フォークリフト等)

・解体現場、建設機械の運転経験者など

・ハローワークでお仕事お探し中の方歓迎

・経験者の方は55歳くらいまでの方が活躍中

現場は都内や多摩地区が中心です

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥350,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥58,900(28時間30分相当分)を含む。28時間30分を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
