Ross Recruiting is proud to present an exceptional opportunity with Our Client for the position of Contract Instructor Pilot for the F-16 program at Misawa AB, Japan. As a Contract Instructor Pilot, you will play a crucial role in training and preparing aircrew members for their missions, ensuring operational readiness and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct simulator RAP, DMO, LSB, and Distributed Live Control tactical and basic mission events.
  
• Develop and manage realistic scenarios to support tactical mission events training.
  
• Maintain daily utilization logs and provide status updates on training completion.
  
• Operate various training devices to support tactical exercises and basic mission skills training.
  
• Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, record-keeping, and quality assurance.
  

Requirements:

• US citizenship required.
  
• Minimum 1000 hours in fighter aircraft time.
  
• Operational flight experience within 3 years as an instructor on the applicable system.
  
• Completion of Air Combat Command Classroom Instructor Course or MAJCOM equivalent.
  
• Must have a minimum Secret/SAP Clearance, Top Secret/SAP highly desired.
  
• Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) Training Experience desired.
  

Skills and Certifications:

• Minimum of 1000 hours in fighter aircraft time.
  
• Completion of Air Combat Command Classroom Instructor Course or MAJCOM equivalent.
  
• Must be a US citizen.
  
• Operational flight experience within 3 years as an F16 instructor.
  
• Must have a minimum Secret/SAP Clearance or Top Secret/SAP.
  

Compensation:

• Base Salary: USD $210,000 to $215,000
  
• Full-time position with full benefits

Requirements
US citizens only; able to read, write, speak, and understand English; have basic Microsoft Office skills; and meets Personnel Security Requirements Operational flight experience within 3 years as an instructor on the applicable system or performance of similar aircraft simulator instructor duties within 3 years. Minimum of 1000 hours in fighter aircraft time and one of the following: 500 hours in F-16 series aircraft 200 instructor hours in any fighter (K Prefix) Must be able to perform AF Form 8 Certified Instructor duties in weapon system MTC using current tactics and employment standards. Must be able to operate the simulator in the capacity of a 2 or 4-ship flight lead using current tactics and employment standards. Completion of the Air Combat Command Classroom Instructor Course or MAJCOM equivalent at any time prior to employment or within six months of employment Must maintain ground training currency (IRC, CRM, etc.) and be physically qualified to perform these duties. Must have a minimum Secret/SAP Clearance, Top Secret/SAP is highly desired Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) Training Experience is desired.
