■仕事の内容_概要:

不動産ポータルサイトSUUMOへの物件情報入力、確認、修正業務。正確な情報入力と物件の魅力を伝える表現が求められます。

■仕事内容:

  • 物件基本情報(所在地、間取り、築年数など)の入力

  • 物件特徴やセールスポイント、価格、条件などの入力

  • 写真や間取り図のデータ登録

  • キャッチコピーや写真キャプションの作成

  • 入力した情報の確認と修正

  • 電話やメールでの顧客対応

  • 物件情報の収集

求める人材:

顧客対応、広告制作スキル、不動産知識は必須となります。

■必要な能力・経験_必須:

  • 基本的なPCスキル(タイピング、マウス操作、インターネット利用)

  • Officeソフト(Excel, Word)の基本操作

  • 正確なデータ入力スキル

  • 電話・メールでの丁寧な顧客対応スキル

  • 不動産広告のルールに関する知識

■必要な能力・経験_歓迎:

  • SUUMOの入稿システムの使用経験

  • 不動産会社での勤務経験

  • 営業経験/インサイドセールス経験

  • 写真加工・編集スキル

  • 物件の魅力を伝える文章作成能力

勤務時間・曜日:

平日・土日での業務となります

9時~21時(顧客の依頼時間に対応する形となりますのでずっと対応する形ではありません)

フルリモート、出社義務はございません。

給与:

対応顧客に応じた月額報酬となります。
