▼仕事内容▼

公共施設や旅館・ホテル・飲食店などの

建築工事における施工管理をお任せします。

※建物の改変を伴う業務はありません。

民間工事・公共工事ともに幅広く、

経験やスキルに応じて担当を決定します。

■ 工期:半年~1.5年程度

■ 夜勤・出張なし

■ エリア:神奈川西部~静岡東部

■ 直行直帰OK

10:00 現場対応

12:00 休憩

13:00 別現場対応

本社は箱根ですが、

意外にも通い易い場所にあります。

社員は主に以下のエリアから通っています。

◆神奈川県(主に湘南エリアや県西エリア)

→小田原市、足柄上郡、足柄下郡、中郡、茅ヶ崎市など

※二宮町・大磯町・平塚市・秦野市などからも通えます。

◆静岡県(静岡県東部エリア)

→熱海市、三島市、御殿場市、富士市など

※伊豆市、伊豆の国市、函南町、沼津市

清水町、長泉町、裾野市からも通えます。

アクセス:

箱根登山バス「明神平バス停」より徒歩3分

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥6,500,000 〜 ¥8,500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥72,000〜¥86,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

〈年俸に含まれる手当〉

役職手当、資格手当、現場手当、代理人手当等

※また管理職での採用の場合、

固定残業代ではなく、手当となります。
