前職では製造職として部品加工に従事。技術者としてのスキルアップを考え、一貫生産体制を実現するナカオ金属工業へ入社。フォークリフトやピッキング作業など全工程で実務経験を積み、2017年に課長職へ昇進。本社をあゆみ野へ移し、鍛冶屋工場との2拠点体制となってからは、鍛冶屋工場の責任者を任されています。休日は、趣味のドライブと愛犬の散歩が楽しみです。
スキルもキャリアも向上した自分に出会えました。
モノづくりが好きで、以前も製造職として働いていましたが、加工のための機械操作ばかりをしていて、どこか物足りなさを感じていたんです。技術者としてもっと色々な経験を積み、スキルを身に着けたいという想いから転職を考え、ナカオ金属工業へ入社しました。当社は、部品の入荷から製造、出荷までを担う一貫生産体制が魅力です。入社から気づけば19年。フォークリフトやピッキング作業、NC旋盤などの機械操作とさまざまな業務に携わり、製造職に必要なノウハウを数多く吸収してきました。スキルの向上を実現できただけでなく、今では課長職に就いています。ここまで続けてこられたのは、入社当初からお世話になった先輩や同僚など、周りの人に支えられたからこそだと思っています。今度は私が部下を支える番。それぞれが抱える不安や悩みに寄り添いながら、サポートできる存在であり続けたいです。

今の主な仕事は各部門の生産管理です。日々の作業状況や完成品の品質確認、納期に関するお客様対応、組長やチーフなどの部門責任者が作成する日報の確認などもしています。加えて部下の指導も私の仕事です。作業内容だけでなく安全面にも重点を置いた指導をしています。というのも現場では重量のある部品を運んだり、火花が飛ぶような高温の中で作業にあたる従業員もいるからです。現場を巡回した時に感じた危険性や注意事項は日々共有し、一人ひとりに安全意識を高めてもらうことは徹底しています。現場の上に立つ身としては、部下の心身をサポートするのも大切にしています。みんなの想いや考えをしっかりとくみ取れるよう、現場でコミュニケーションをとる時間は必ずつくるようにしています。今は部下の成長が一番の楽しみ。これから会社を担う彼らには、大きく夢を持ちどんどんキャリアップしてもらいたいです。当社はどんな立場でも従業員の想いは必ず聞いてくれます。自分がやっていきたいこと、進みたい道、抱える夢…何でも話してください。自身の経験からも、日々の頑張りはしっかりと評価し認めてくれる環境だと自信を持って断言します
