どんな仕事?
- この仕事の魅力
製品検査の前工程を担う、モノづくりを支える重要なポジションです。
専用設備を使った仕上げ・加工が中心のため、未経験の方でも段階的に仕事を覚えられます。
販売・サービス業、営業、事務、アルバイト経験のみの方も多数活躍しています。
<仕事内容>
仕上げ・加工設備のオペレーターとして、鋼管の仕上げ・加工業務をお任せします。
・ブラスト設備を使用した鋼管内外面の仕上げ処理
・鋼管の目視確認
・切断機による鋼管の切断作業
・内面スケールの除去
・管端の不良部やサンプル部分の切り落とし
・クレーンによる鋼管のハンドリング、玉掛作業
・設備の簡単なメンテナンス
<教育制度>
入社後3日間は座学にて業務研修を実施します。
その後2~6か月間は現場に配属され、先輩社員のOJTのもとで作業に慣れていただきます。
指導先輩から1人作業の認定を受けた後は、1人前として業務を担当します。
<キャリアステップ>
年齢や職歴に関係なく、昇給・昇格のチャンスがあります。
2~5人グループのリーダー、複数グループをまとめる作業長など、着実なキャリアアップが可能です。
資格取得にかかる受講費や交通費は会社が負担します。
