豊中市庄内西町の訪問看護ステーションで働く看護師を募集中

仕事内容:

利用者様のご自宅を訪問し、看護計画に基づいた質の高い看護を提供するお仕事です。1日の訪問件数は5件程度で、無理のないペースで働けます。

【具体的な業務内容】

訪問看護:利用者宅での看護計画に基づく看護提供

電話対応専任:利用者等からの電話対応、内容整理・報告(在宅ワーク可)

オンコール専任:夜間電話対応、病状アセスメント、必要時訪問(在宅ワーク)

【勤務時間】

・8:50~17:50(日勤)

・17:50~8:50(オンコール・月4~5回)

・オンコール明けは勤務不要

勤務時間・曜日:

訪問看護+オンコール(月4~5回):週40時間勤務

日勤 8:50~17:50

オンコール 17:50~8:50

※オンコールは勤務扱いにつき、オンコールあけは勤務不要

※休日にカウントされない

休暇・休日:

一週2日ならびにその月の祝日数。

夏季休日(会社が指定する3日間)

冬季休日(会社が指定する4日間)

給与:

月給26万円以上~(看護師経験5年以上の想定)

各種手当:

・教育手当:10,000円

・調整手当:30,000円

・家族手当:扶養家族1名につき5,000円

時間超過分:別途支給。

賞与:(基本給1.5ヶ月分+評価額 ×2(夏・冬)
