仕事内容:

事務処理の増加と、経理・庶務のバックアップ体制を強化するため、期間限定のアルバイトスタッフを募集します

チームで連携しながら、正確にバックオフィスの体制を整えていくポジションです。

具体的に・・・

■自主回収関連: 返送品の受付、リスト照合、付随する事務作業

■経理関係: 伝票整理、支払処理の補助

■庶務全般: 書留の発送・受取、メール返信、電話応対(一時取次)

電話: 一次対応や定型のご案内がメインです。

メール: 回答は基本的にメールで行います。

※文章を精査しながら落ち着いて対応できる体制です
