As our Seasonal Content and Social Media Officer you will be our on the ground person for content acquisition – focusing on our luxury properties and the nearby resorts. We're looking for someone with skills in photography as well as videography using iPhones, drones and gimbals. You will also take responsibility for editing and scheduling social media posts across a number of channels, liaising with partners and tenants on projects and campaigns, setting up and monitoring of social ad campaigns and more.

Based in Niseko this role will involve working indoors and outdoors and flexibility in work hours - to ensure we get the content at the perfect time. You will work with both the marketing team based in Niseko and the wider team abroad and may be asked to help with other general marketing and event related tasks. Travel to other locations such as Furano and Rusutsu will also be required.

ニセコを拠点とし、屋内外での勤務や勤務時間の融通を利かせながら、最適なタイミングでコンテンツをお届けします。ニセコに拠点を置くマーケティングチームや、海外にいる幅広いチームと協力し、マーケティングやイベント関連の仕事を手伝っていただくこともあります。富良野やルスツなど、他の地域への出張もあります。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Creates content according to guidelines and directions from management for winter social media and building our year-round content library.

● Liaises with partners (tenant restaurants, agencies, videographers, influencers, business suppliers, resort bodies) to deliver on projects.

● Delivers the content/social media calendar on a daily basis – across our primary and property channels on Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn and more.

● Contributes to content calendar planning as part of the wider content/creative team.

● Creates content according to our content pipeline – responding to requests from the wider marketing team and other departments in a timely manner.

● Takes responsibility for reporting on the progress of projects, engagement, analytics at weekly / regular meetings.

● Assists with other marketing tasks as per your skillset and requests' including but not limited to photo editing, graphic design, website blog writing, email content writing, event assistance (set-up/logistics/delivery), activation assistance.

● Contributes to the wider marketing team on all things creative and content.

● Performs other duties as assigned by Management – across other departments – if requested.

• コンテンツ・パイプラインに沿ってコンテンツを作成し、マーケティングチームや他部署からのリクエストにタイムリーに対応する。
  
• プロジェクトの進捗状況、エンゲージメント、アナリティクスについて、週次/定例ミーティングで責任を持って報告する。
  
• 写真編集、グラフィックデザイン、ウェブサイト・ブログ作成、Eメール・コンテンツ作成、イベント支援(セットアップ/ロジスティクス/デリバリー)、アクティベーション支援など(ただし必ずしもこれらに限定されない)。
  
• クリエイティブやコンテンツに関して、マーケティングチームに貢献する。
  
• その他、経営陣から指示された業務(他部署も含む)を遂行する。
  
  

Requirements要件

● Demonstrable skills in photography and/or videography and a willingness to learn and grow

● Experience or qualifications in a secondary field of marketing or communications i.e design/Adobe Suite, Mailchimp/EDM or web CMS, digital advertising, PR/media - strongly desired.

● Ability to drive and attain an International Drivers Permit strongly desired.

● Ski or snowboard skills are strongly desired.

● Personable and friendly demeanor to colleagues and customers.
