**【仕事内容】**:企画~施工時の設計監理までを一貫して携わっていただきます。携わる業務が多岐に渡るため、幅広い知識や経験を習得できます。

【担当する建物】
数億~10億円規模のRC造またはS造建築物 具体的には 商業施設・医療施設・福祉施設・教育施設、工場や倉庫、ホテル・集合住宅など
【担当案件数】
物件の規模にもよりますが、1人当たり2~3件を担当するイメージです。

・愛知県内
【使用ソフト】 DRA-CAD
**【雇用形態】**:正社員
※試用期間3ヶ月。その後、無期雇用。

**【給与】**:年収 5,000,000円〜7,000,000円

現在部署に在籍している2名も、出社と在宅を併用しています。

**【望ましい経験】**:ゼネコンまたは設計事務所で経験5年以上、資格こだわりなし

一級建築士としてRC造やS造の建造物を手がけてこられた方はもちろん、二級建築士や建設施工管理技士の資格をお持ちの方もご連絡ください。
弊社の使用するソフトはDRA-CADですが、AutoCADやJW_cadからの乗り換えも可能です。ぜひご一考いただければ幸いです。
