■業務内容
建設工事の法人営業をご担当いただきます。
技術部門と協力しながら、顧客のニーズを1つ1つ形づくるやりがいのあるお仕事です。
■業務詳細
・営業活動(案件の情報収集)
・受注活動(顧客への提案、見積作成)
・営業企画の立案、推進 など
顧客は金融機関、ディベロッパー、官公庁、メーカー、病院など多岐にわたります。
近年は新規顧客からのご依頼が増加傾向にありますが、メインは既存顧客の対応です。設計事務所や既存顧客から案件をご紹介いただき、受注につなげていきます。
情報収集の段階から、見積段階、そして契約、着工、竣工、アフターサービスまで、案件の川上から川下まで携わります。
1人あたり平均すると4~5物件程度を担当し、1つの案件に対し2~3名で対応しています。

・建設設備業界の営業経験
・プラント関連や重電機器等、重厚長大な商材の営業経験
