キッチンスタッフ(洋食調理、ペストリー)
 

キッチンスタッフは、仕込みから盛り付け、食材管理まで、調理の基礎を一から丁寧に学べる環境です。

イタリア出身のエグゼクティブシェフ、フランス出身のペストリーシェフのもとでの勤務を通して、調理の基礎から実践まで、先輩スタッフのサポートを受けながら段階的にスキルを身につけていくことができます。ホテルレストランならではの調理技術や衛生管理、チームワークを学べる点も大きな魅力です。

料理を通して渋谷の街の魅力や季節感を表現し、「ゲストの記憶に残る一皿を届ける」やりがいを実感できる仕事です。

求める人物像
調理もしくは製菓専門学校卒業者対象
渋谷という土地に魅力を感じていただける方

チームワークを大事に出来る方

待遇
月給200,000円
※上記の基本給与の他、食事手当(月額10,500円)、時間外手当が支給されます

業績賞与
前年度のホテルの業績および個人の実績により、インセンティブボーナスを支給(年1回)
