Team Introduction
We are the Commercial Partnership Solutions team at TikTok for Business. Our mission is to transform TikTok's native content IPs, commercial content products, and external integrated resources into one-stop marketing solutions. By delivering integrated campaigns that unify brand building, performance, and sales, we help advertisers amplify their reach and achieve business results—positioning TikTok for Business as an essential platform for content marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop content and creative marketing strategies for beauty, FMCG, and other key industries, creating both standardized and customized proposals/packages for diverse marketing scenarios.
Manage the end-to-end advertiser engagement process—from assessment and planning to proposal, execution, and PCR—ensuring revenue goals are met while building high-impact IPs.
Leverage and help develop advertising products and non-standard resources to strengthen our content marketing offerings.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover new opportunities and drive industry growth.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher with 2–4 years of experience in advertising or marketing. Understanding of digital advertising/e-commerce is required.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proven collaboration and partnership-building abilities. Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks and alignment with business objectives. The ability to understand and communicate complex information in English is essential for this role.
Professional, adaptable, and efficient, with the ability to work across time zones and manage occasional urgent requests or evening hours. A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of global marketing trends and experience in beauty/FMCG are preferred.
