This is a full-time remote position for an Executive Director. The Executive Director will lead strategic operations, oversee business development, and manage relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities include optimizing financial platform performance, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, driving revenue growth, and identifying market expansion opportunities. The role also demands leadership in fostering collaboration across teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
Proven experience in strategic leadership, business development, and financial services management.
Strong understanding of financial platforms such as P2P Lending, brokerage operations, or secured financial services.
Skills in team leadership, cross-departmental collaboration, and stakeholder management.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to support data-driven strategies.
Expertise in compliance, regulatory frameworks, and risk management within the financial services industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with clients and partners.
Previous experience in international markets and technology-driven environments is a plus.
Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
