仕事内容


施工管理 【厚木/有資格者/経験者/年休124日カワサキライフコーポレーションの100%子会社】

【仕事内容】

積算・設計・施工管理・保守業務全般を担当します。外注業者管理やプロジェクト進行管理がメインの業務です。

【業務内容】

  • 積算業務

・工事に必要な資材や人件費を計算し、予算を作成します。

・工事の規模に応じて、1千万円~1億円規模の案件を担当します。

  • 設計業務

・工事の計画を立案し、設計図を作成します。

・米軍基地の特殊な仕様や規定に基づいた設計を行います。

  • 施工管理業務

・工事現場の進捗管理、品質管理、安全管理を行います。

・外注業者の管理やプロジェクトの進行管理が主な業務です。

・現場の協力会社とのチームワークを重視し、円滑な工事進行をサポートします。

  • 保守業務

・完成した施設の維持管理や修繕業務を担当します。

・長期的な視点で施設の安全性や機能性を確保します。

年収:450~700 万円 月給制 基本給:300000円~430000円残業代:全額支給 通勤手当:あり 実費支給 (上限あり30000円) 賞与:あり 年間4ヶ月分(2023年実績) 昇給:あり 年1回
