自動車安全具メーカーにて、管更生材料の実験・試験片作成をお任せします。
具体的には...
屋外実験場での作業
- 模擬配管を設置し、管更生材料の引込・硬化実験を実施
- 実験データの取得と記録
試験片の作成
- 硬化パイプ(塩ビ管のような素材)の切断・研磨
- ポリエステル樹脂硬化板の切断・研磨
- 試験に必要な精度でサンプルを仕上げます
環境整備
- 実験室・実験場の整理整頓
- PC入力業務(Excelはほとんど使用しません)
