仕事内容


UT東芝の無期雇用派遣(契約社員として直接雇用)として、

アナログ/ミックスドシグナル製品の

性能・信頼性を支えるユニットプロセス領域において、

工程条件の設計・評価・解析・量産立上げまでを担当いただきます。

【主な業務内容】

・半導体デバイスの電気特性評価・解析(WAT/PCM/TEG)

・Vth、リーク、耐圧、抵抗・容量特性などの

分布・トレンド監視や統計解析を通じて工程状態を把握

・工程異常や特性ドリフト発生時の一次解析から対策立案、再発防止策の検討

・成膜、注入、エッチ等の工程条件最適化やDOEによる検証

・物理解析や、電気特性と工程要因の相関検討

・設計、製造、品質部門と連携し、量産品質と設計品質の向上

<主な改善テーマ例>(アナログならでは)

素子ばらつき/マッチング改善(オフセット、ミスマッチ要因の低減)

1/fノイズ・RTN低減、リーク低減

抵抗(TCR含む)/容量(リーク・電圧係数)特性の精度改善

ESD/ラッチアップ耐性、高耐圧特性の最適化(※製品により)

【使用するツール】

  • データ解析:Excel、JMP/Minitab、Python 等
  • 評価:プローバ、パラメトリック測定、ノイズ/ESD評価設備
  • 解析:SEM/TEM/SIMS等(依頼・結果解釈中心)

【必要なスキル】

・半導体プロセスまたはデバイス、製造技術の実務経験(目安:1年以上)

・電気特性データの評価/解析経験(分布・相関・傾向の読み取り)

・関係者と技術的なすり合わせを行い、報告資料としてまとめた経験

求めている人材


【必須】

・半導体プロセスまたはデバイス、製造技術の実務経験(目安:1年以上)

・電気特性データの評価/解析経験(分布・相関・傾向の読み取り)

・関係者と技術的なすり合わせを行い、報告資料としてまとめた経験

【歓迎】

・成膜(CVD/PVD/ALD)、酸化、イオン注入/拡散、リソ/エッチ、CMP、配線(Cu/Al)、アニール 等

・アナログ/電源IC/高耐圧/車載などの製品知識

・DOE(実験計画)、統計解析(JMP、Minitab、Python、Excel高度関数など)

・物理解析・材料解析の知見(SEM/TEM、SIMS、XPS、OBIRCH等の読解・依頼経験)

・信頼性評価(BTI/HCI/TDDB/EM)や品質対応の経験

残業:20時間

基本給:時給 3500円 〜 4000円

  • 時給2,600~3,300円(解析・改善の実務担当 担当2~5年)
  • 時給3,300~4,500円(DOE/工程最適化の主担当 主担当5~10年)
  • 時給4,500円~6,000円(量産立上げ/信頼性/技術リード リード10年~)

給与例


月収例:

54万2500円~70万円

=時給3500~4500円×7.75h×20日
