主な業務内容は、AI開発に必要な音声、文字、画像、動画データの評価作業です。

アマゾンでは最先端のAI技術開発に取り組んでおり、生成AI(LLM)の開発を通じて、お客様の生活をより良いものにすることを目指しています。このお仕事は次世代のAI開発において重要な役割を担っています。

チームの一員として正確な作業ができ、新しいアイデアを提案できる方、また複数の仕事を同時にこなせる能力と、細かい部分まで注意を払える方を求めています。その他、機密情報を適切に扱える方であることも重要です。

Key job responsibilities

基本的な責任範囲:

① データ評価・管理業務

  • 文字、音声、画像、動画など多様なデータの評価とラベリング
  • 高品質な人的判断データの生成
  • 生成AIによる有害コンテンツの監視・制御
  • プライバシーとデータセキュリティの厳格な管理

②品質管理・改善

  • KPIに基づいた業務遂行
  • エラーパターンの特定と分析
  • 品質向上のための解決策の提案
  • 運用プロセスの問題点の特定と改善提案

③ チーム連携

  • 複数タスクタイプの日次業務サポート
  • 内部からの問い合わせへの主体的な対応
  • 現場支援の実施
  • 社内ガイドラインに沿った業務遂行

④ AI開発支援

  • 責任あるAIの開発・展開への貢献
  • 不完全な情報に対する適切な判断と意思決定
  • 様々な要件カテゴリー間の迅速な対応

⑤翻訳業務

  • 日本語もしくは英語のガイドラインを対象言語に翻訳する

A day in the life

<例:ある日のスケジュール>

9:00 出社前日のメールを確認して業務開始

11:00 マネージャーとのone on one ミーティング

11:30 業務再開

13:00 昼休憩

14:00 チームミーティング

15:00 業務再開

17:30 エラーの分析と対策

18:00 退勤

勤務時間は3パターンございます。8:00-17:00、8:30-17:30、9:00-18:00です。

1時間の昼休憩と、1時間ごとに取得いただく小休憩が合計で60分/日ありますので、9時間中業務していただくのは実質7時間となります。

Basic Qualifications

  • ビジネス文書の作成・分析能力
  • 優れたコミュニケーション力
  • 正確な作業遂行能力
  • 日本語が流暢であること、及びにネイティブレベルの中国語

Preferred Qualifications

  • 関連分野の学士号
  • 音声データあるいは言語データを扱う業務(アノテーションやその他のデータマークアッ プを含む)の経験
  • 1年以上のプロジェクトコーディネートまたはプロジェクトマネジメント経験
  • 部門を越えたステークホルダーとの関係管理経験
  • Microsoft Office製品群および一般的なビジネスアプリケーションの高度な使用能力
  • トリリンガル(中国語+日本語+英語)
