仕事内容
(大阪/名古屋/福岡/広島)カスタマーサクセスコンサルタント【在宅勤務/クラウドERP/大手担当】
【仕事内容】
- 自社製品である人事向けパッケージソフトを導入していただいたお客様に対し、よりシステムを有効活用し、
業務効率化をしていただけるよう、受注したお客様へのオンボーディング(稼働までの導入支援)、
導入後のサポート、コンサルティング業務を行っていただきます。※IT業界未経験からでも活躍されている社員が多くいます
【業務内容】:・日々発生するお客様の業務課題を解決するため、導入システムの活用方法のコンサルティングや、
未導入システムの提案など、幅広くアプローチしていただきます。
・法改正や制度変更といった変化への対応について、弊社内にストックされている様々な事例を活用しながら、
お客様にとって最適な方法を提案し、その実行を支援します。
・お客様とのコミュニケーションや分科会などを通して、マーケット全体のニーズを把握し、
プロダクトに反映させる活動も担います。
【営業手法】:自社が運営している専用サポートサイトへのお問い合わせ対応が4割、電話対応2割、直接訪問4割です。
今後は直接訪問の比率を上げ、よりお客様の期待に応えていく方針です。
【入社後】 :1か月程度の教育(インプット)期間の後、1~3か月のOJTやお客様への作業代行等の経験を経て、
おおよそ3~6か月程度で一人前に育成します。その後も、マニュアルやお客様との過去のやり取りが記録されたサポートサイト、
先輩などの有識者へ気軽に環境が整っていますので、未経験の方でも、安心して業務を遂行できます。

450万円~600万円 ※提示年収は、今までのご経験や選考の中でのご評価によって決定いたします。最低年収を下回る可能性もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

テレワーク手当10万円、下限報酬内訳:月例給与:321,492円~(基本給242,520円~、月45hのみなし残業代78,868円~)
