Responsibilities:
- 投資チームが手掛ける投資案件(主にローンの実行)において案件管理実行に必要な各種システム入力を担当する具体的には投資プロセス管理システムローン条件入力管理システム実行済案件の期中残高収益収受スケジュール管理システム等を取扱う
- 上記システムで管理されるデータの正確性を確認し社内の関連部署(投資チームやファンド会計チーム)や外部業務委託先(ファンド事務管理や会計事務を担う外部企業)との情報連携を行う
- ローンの実行実務を担い社内の関連部署外部業務委託先金融機関(シンジケートローンにおけるエージェント等)と連携の上でローン実行の為の資金準備資金決済担保保証の取得等の一連の業務を行う
- ローン実行後における契約条項遵守に関するモニタリング借入人や金融機関との書類授受利息収受元本返済等を適切に実施する
- ファンドの資金状況(口座残高投資家からの投資約束金額残高ファンド自身の借入残高投資案件からの投資回収見込み等)を日次でモニタリングし社内関連部署や外部業務委託先と連携の上でキャピタルコールやコミットメントラインを用いた資金確保投資案件からの収益元本収受後の投資家向け分配やコミットメントライン返済等の調整を行う
- 社内システムと投資案件の間で整合しない事象が生じた際その問題の特定と社内関連部署への報告を迅速に行う
Qualifications:
Required
- 大手銀行ファンドまたはアセットマネジメントにおけるプライベートクレジット/ローンのオペレーション実務経験(2~4年)
- クレジット/ローン関連プロダクトの実務経験(例:シンジケートローンプロジェクトファイナンスレバレッジドファイナンス)
- 国内ローン貸付業務に関する市場慣行およびオペレーション手続きに関する知識
- 国内ローン貸付業務関連の法令規制コンプライアンス要件への理解
- Microsoft Excel
- 日本語での優れた口頭および文書コミュニケーション能力
- 英語でのビジネスレベルの文書コミュニケーション能力
- スピード感のある環境で複数プロジェクトを並行して管理できる能力
- チーム志向で周囲を積極的に支援する姿勢
- 高い業務整理力タイムマネジメント能力
Preferred
- シンジケートローンに関連する業務経験
- 英語でのビジネスレベルの口頭コミュニケーション能力
